INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

BOTTARI EUROPE S.R.L acts in full compliance with the European Regulation n. 679/2016 (hereinafter, for brevity: GDPR) and, in compliance with the regulations contained therein, with this information provides all the information on the processing of your personal data and on the rights you are entitled to.
Before giving your consent to the processing of data, therefore, we invite you to carefully read the information.
1. Owner and manager of the treatment
The Data Controller (i.e. the person responsible for making decisions regarding the purpose, method of processing personal data, security and the tools used) is BOTTARI EUROPE S.R.L, with registered office in Via dei Pioppi 23, VAT 02314700200 in the person of its legal representative Mr. BOTTARI PAOLO, domiciled for the office at the Company's registered office.
2. Purpose of the processing and legal bases
The personal data of the interested party (i.e. the data provided to the company, also through registration on the site) are provided to BOTTARI EUROPE S.R.L, and processed by the latter, also through communication to third parties when necessary and instrumental, for the following purposes :
a) for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the execution of the obligations deriving from the relationships, including contractual ones, established with BOTTARI EUROPE S.R.L, to allow and manage your registration on the site, to use the services offered and for administrative and accounting purposes and for the fulfillment of obligations under current legislation pursuant to art. 6 b) GDPR
b) to fulfill obligations, of any nature, provided for by laws, regulations, community regulations or in any case connected to obligations deriving from provisions issued by judicial authorities, administrative officials or police bodies, legitimized to do so by law or by supervisory bodies and control pursuant to Article 6 c) of the GDPR;
c) for purposes related to asserting or defending a right in court by BOTTARI EUROPE S.R.L according to art. 6 c) GDPR.
Authorization for the purposes referred to in points a), b) and c) above is mandatory; the refusal could make it impossible for BOTTARI EUROPE S.R.L to provide the services and / or execute the obligations arising from the relationships established. The related processing finds its legal basis in the consent of the interested party expressed through the check mark during registration or by sending an email writing: I give my consent. Furthermore, the processing satisfies the legitimate interests of the Data Controller such as: execution of the contract, invoicing, collection of credits.
On the other hand, the consent to the processing of one's data for the following different purposes, functional to the activity of BOTTARI EUROPE S.R.L ex art. 6 a) GDPR.
The related processing requires the consent of the interested parties:
d) for marketing and / or promotional purposes in an automatic form (sms, mms, email, fax) or in traditional form (mail, telephone contact);
e) for communication to third party companies, with consequent processing by them, which may use them for marketing and / or promotional purposes;
f) for own profiling and / or analysis activities related to market and / or statistical surveys.
The related processing finds its legal basis in the consent of the interested party expressed by ticking during the registration phase
3. Special data
They are considered special data, pursuant to and by effect of art. 9 GDPR, all data "... suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious or philosophical nature , political or trade union, as well as data genetic, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person "of the interested party.
These data are never collected by BOTTARI EUROPE S.R.L but should this happen, the same will only process them following a specific and explicit consent from the interested party, issued in writing, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 9, co 2a) GDPR.
4. Processing methods
The personal data of the interested parties collected for the purposes directly related to the provision of the services provided, will be processed by employees and collaborators, both internal and external, of BOTTARI EUROPE S.R.L, formally appointed to do so pursuant to art. 4 GDPR as persons formally authorized to carry out the processing of personal data.
The treatment of the same can take place through manual, computerized and / or telematic systems, including automated, in compliance with the rules and principles of lawfulness and correctness, through the most suitable methods to guarantee their security and confidentiality; they will be communicated to third parties only where strictly necessary.
5. Communication to third parties
BOTTARI EUROPE S.R.L, in compliance with all the provisions of the previous points, communicates the data of the interested parties to:
- the designers to allow them to carry out the obligations they have assumed towards the interested parties / supporters;
- to suppliers of consultancy services external to the company, such as by way of example, legal, fiscal, tax, and similar, and / or IT service providers whose support BOTTARI EUROPE S.R.L can use in the exercise of its business;
- third parties for the purpose of detecting satisfaction with the quality of the services provided, and / or processing of market research, customer profiling.
Your personal data will be processed in the Italian territory and will not be transferred abroad. In the event that this should happen, the transfer will take place in such a way as to provide appropriate and appropriate guarantees pursuant to articles 46 or 47 or 49 of Regulation 679/2016.
6. Retention period of personal data and criteria used
The personal data communicated by you and those collected by us will be kept for 10 years from the conclusion of the last use, unless they are necessary to fulfill legal obligations or obligations deriving from the exercise of rights in judicial offices, or at the request of the Authority.
Any data processed, with your specific consent, for marketing and / or profiling purposes, will be processed for a maximum of 24 months.
7. Rights of the interested party

7.1. RIGHT OF ACCESS
Article 15 of the European Regulation allows you to obtain from the data controller confirmation that data processing concerning you is in progress and, in this case, to obtain access to such data.
7.2. RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION
The art. 16 of the European Regulation allows you to obtain from the data controller the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the interested party has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration.
7.3. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The art. 17 of the European Regulation allows you to obtain from the data controller the cancellation of personal data concerning you without undue delay if one of the reasons provided for by the law exists.
7.4. RIGHT OF LIMITATION
The art. 18 of the European Regulation allows you to obtain from the data controller the limitation of processing when one of the hypotheses provided for by the law occurs.
7.5 RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
The art. 20 of the European Regulation allows you to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning you provided to a data controller and you have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments from part of the data controller to whom he provided them.
Furthermore, it allows you to obtain the direct transmission of personal data from one data controller to the other, if technically feasible
7.6 RIGHT OF OBJECTION
The art. 21 of the European Regulation allows you to object at any time, for reasons connected to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.
7.7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
The art. 7 of the European Regulation allows you to revoke the consent you have given at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal.
7.8. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
The art. 77 of the European Regulation, if you believe that the processing that concerns you violates the Regulation, you recognize the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor), in particular in the Member State in which you usually reside, work or in the local area. where the alleged violation occurred.
